The service
FitStalker helps you identify clothing in selected images, look for related retailer products, save a private wardrobe and explore fashion inspiration. It is a discovery service, not a retailer. AI descriptions and suggested matches can be wrong. A similar item is not the same item. A possible exact match is not verified identity. Check the retailer's product, size, price, availability, shipping and return details before purchasing. We do not guarantee that an exact pictured piece will be found or that using the app will make content viral.
Your account and content
Keep account credentials and recovery codes private. Supply accurate information and use only content you own or are permitted to use. You retain your rights in your uploads; you authorize the processing, storage and display needed to provide the features you request. Do not use FitStalker to identify or track people, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service, bypass usage controls or access someone else's account.
Other services
Publisher and retailer names, photos and materials belong to their respective owners. Links and AI results do not establish an affiliation or endorsement. Purchases, payment, fulfillment, returns and disputes with retailers are governed by the retailer's terms. FitStalker does not currently process purchases or offer paid subscriptions. Any future paid service must show its price and separate payment terms before you agree to purchase it.
Availability and limits
The service has usage limits. Features, providers and availability may change, and service can be interrupted. We may restrict misuse or activity that threatens other users or the service. Save exports separately if you need an independent copy. You may stop using the service or delete your account from Account settings.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy Notice explains how information is processed. We will date updated terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. FitStalker support: support@fitstalker.com.
